We just wanted to include a polite reminder to communicate with important vendors and/or delivery services about any issues or changes. Communicating sooner, rather than later, reduces stress for all parties involved… and at a time when everything is feeling a bit strained – effective communication is more important than ever.

Examples of what you might consider:

  • If business hours are changing, put a sign in your window to clarify the change
  • Contact any service companies if your hours change (floor mats, cleaners, etc)
  • Change Amazon orders to be delivered to a local Canada Post drop point.
  • Update your hours of operation on your website and Google Business listing
